Good Faith Estimate Notice

Individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of therapy services under the federal No Surprises Act.

You have the right to receive a written estimate of the expected costs of therapy services before beginning treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
